Agreement
By signing in to or using the household tools at nguy.in, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the tools. The public landing page may be viewed without an account; logged-in features are for allowlisted members only.
Nature of the service
The service is a private household / estate coordination site. Typical features include a shared family calendar, optional sync to a member’s Google Calendar, household resource booking (for example vehicles), person settings, and administrator-managed family email aliases. Features may change as the household’s needs change.
This is not a commercial consumer product offered to the general public, and it is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, school, or financial systems.
Eligibility and access
- Access requires a Google account whose email an administrator has added to the household allowlist.
- Parents and household administrators decide who may join, including children of the household and other estate members.
- Administrators may add, suspend, or remove access at any time.
- You must use your own authorized Google account and keep sign-in credentials under your control.
Children
Children may use the tools only with a parent’s or household administrator’s permission and supervision. Adults who add a child’s account are responsible for that child’s appropriate use, for what is posted to the shared calendar, and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the tools only for legitimate household and estate coordination, and not to:
- Share allowlist access with people who have not been invited by an administrator
- Attempt to access another member’s Google account or circumvent sign-in controls
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or intentionally harmful content
- Interfere with the site, API, or other members’ ability to use the tools
- Use household data for advertising, resale, or unrelated commercial exploitation
Shared calendar and content
Events and notes on the household calendar are visible to other allowlisted members as designed. You are responsible for what you enter. Do not place passwords, financial secrets, or other highly sensitive material in titles or notes. Parents/administrators may edit or remove content when needed for household management.
Google services
Sign-in uses Google Identity. Optional calendar sync uses Google Calendar APIs with your permission. Your use of Google is also governed by Google’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Google’s services, outages, or account decisions.
Family email aliases
If administrators assign an @nguy.in alias, that alias is a household convenience for routing or identity within the estate tools. Aliases may be changed or revoked. They do not create a public right to any address, and they are not a guarantee of perpetual email service.
Availability
The tools are provided as a private convenience. They may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued without notice (maintenance, hosting changes, or household decisions). We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Household administrators are not liable for lost events, missed appointments, sync failures, or decisions made based on calendar information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the household operators of nguy.in will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the tools. Because this is a private family service, your primary remedies are to ask an administrator for help, stop using the tools, or have your access removed.
Termination
You may stop using the tools at any time and may revoke Google permissions in your Google Account. Administrators may revoke allowlist access, remove content, or shut down features at any time when that is appropriate for the household or estate.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the tools change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when that happens. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing context
These Terms are meant for a closed family and estate community. They are not an offer of services to the public. If a court finds a particular provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions still apply.
